I would like to thank you for checking out my website. My family and friends thought it would be a good idea to create a page in order to bring more attention to my situation. Below you will be able to purchase my book/CD and learn more about my case. In 2001, I was convicted of a crime that I didn't commit. Queens County District Attorney, Leigh Bishop forced a complaining witness to identify me in a gun possession case. I've spent the past ten years of my life presenting the Courts with a plethora of evidence that proves my innocence. They simply wont listen. I was hoping you would.

It will be helpful if you can get your friends & family to sign it as well. Also you may click here if you would like to subscribe to my newsletter.

Thanks Again

THE LATEST NEWS ON NICHOLAS’ CASE COMING SOON FROM MADISON AVENUE ENTERTAINMENT GROUP
We regret to inform you that Nicholas' appeal was denied by Judge Allyne R. Ross on June 26, 2007. Amazingly, Ross agreed that Nicholas had made a "substantial showing of actual innocence" on more than two occasions in her decision, but denied Nicholas' appeal anyway. It is apparent that Ross decision is contrary to federal law and that she too has turned her back on an innocent man. Nicholas has filed an appeal to Ross' decision, which is pending in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. When a decision is made we will post it here. For now, if you would like to read Ross' Decision or Nicholas' appeal, click on "Legal Brief" at FreeNicholasZimmerman.com.

APRIL 2005 CONVERSATION BETWEEN NAKIA STUBBS AND NICHOLAS ZIMMERMAN.
Press play button to listen to this conversation:
The recording you are about to hear is a conversation between Nicholas Zimmerman and Nakia Stubbs (the sole complaining witness in Nicholas' case). This recording is identified as "Exhibit G" in Nicholas' federal appeal, which is pending before judge Allyne R. Ross of the Eastern District Courthouse. The conversation is important because Stubbs had 'positively identified' Zimmerman as her attacker at the trial, however, during this candid recording, Stubbs admits that the D.A. had to inform her that Nicholas would be in the courtroom, and had the D.A. not done that, and had Nicholas been switched with someone else, she would not have been able to identify him. This is considered to be a "Coerced and Suggestive Identification" on the part of the D.A.'s office. Also, Stubbs says she was threatened with incarceration if she refused to identify Zimmerman as her attacker, which is even more coercive. This conversation also reveals that Stubbs was told she would receive leniency on her open federal case; the defense was never made aware of this. Amazingly, the recording also shows that A.D.A. Leigh Bishop prosecuted Nicholas maliciously because of his jewish last name. While all of this is violations of Nicholas' Constitutional Rights, the corruption doesn't stop there.
